I am an out-of-network provider with all insurances effective as of July 2025. I will help to create a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement based on if you have met your deductible. Please verify if you have out-of-network coverage and/or a deductible. If you do not have out-of-network coverage, we can work together on a private pay basis.
I have created a three tier system to help you in determining the appropriate rate based on your situation. This system is based on the "green bottle method" from Alexis J. Cunningfolk's social justice oriented approach to increase access of services to more people based on a wider scope of financial factors, not just income. The goal of this approach is to help empower you in engaging in upward mobility, prepare for unexpected emergencies, and enjoy the small things that bring joy in your life.
Typically the first session in counseling is a 60-minute intake evaluation. Thereafter, ongoing sessions are standard 50 minutes.
Tier one - $125 for intake; $90 per 50 minute session
This option is for you if you are frequently stressed in meeting your most basic needs and may struggle to meet them. This option may be for you if you have limited access to resources.
Tier two - $155 for intake; $120 per 50 minute session
This option is for you if you have some financial stress in meeting your basic needs, but are able to achieve them. You are able to afford more than basic needs with some budgeting efforts.
Tier three - $185 for intake; $150 per 50 minute session
This option is for you if you are financially secure with a comfortable and stable income or savings allowing you to afford more than basic needs. You may have access to various resources without limitations.

Good Faith Estimate: Our clients have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" regarding the cost of their care. Under the law, healthcare providers are required to provide patients and/or clients with an estimated cost of goods and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency goods or services. This includes ancillary costs such as medical tests, prescription drugs, consumables, and institutional fees. Your healthcare provider should deliver a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day prior to beginning paid services. If you receive a bill that is more than $400 over your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute. For more information regarding the Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
